		<description>I think you are spot on.  Sitting at a computer is bad enough on your back but I think a laptop is worse.  It is far too easy for several hours to go by working on your laptop with not even realizing what a poor posture you've been in.</description>

		<description>Cool post! It is a good idea to get up every now and again and do some exercises such as Qi gong or yoga, in order to stay flexible. Simple stretching and rotation of the arms and legs and rotation of the spinal cord should help.</description>
