  2. That is freaky. Here in Amsterdam I got soaked in torrential rain this morning and am having an early night so I don’t catch cold. The weather’s been mild for the time of year and it’s like being in a monsoon. It sure ain’t normal.

  6. Yeah I remember - I was the one who said “oh, it’s nice and fresh today isn’t it?” completely clueless about the whole thing until later!

But, in Norway there is 7 degrees where there used to be snow. Scary. Very scary.

  7. The change in the sky was pretty dramatic - it was clear in the morning, and we - of course stuck inside the office - suddenly noticed thunder and lightning and a sudden ly incredibly dark grey sky and sudden storm. And then the skies cleared up again in double quick time! We didn’t hear about the tornado till someone got on the net and missed the market stalls flying off in our little market st - on Lower Marsch.

7 degrees in Norway? Golly! It’s all higgledy piggledy nowadays isn’t it. The last time I was in Dhaka Bangladesh over the winter period in Dec - it was about 8/10 degrees and unusually cold for that region. So many people on the street with nothing warm as well..

  9. Last night I went out to take my trash - on Tees and shorts. This is Dec 14!!!

And then our Conservative prime minister in his press conference said “these so-called greenhouse gases”….

  10. Heh heh Mezba - wow I’ll have to tell that to my mates who love Canada but won’t move out there because they’re paranoid about the cold weather!

How’re things going generally with the Conservative Prime Minister? ’so-called greenhouse gases indeed’! He must be taking a leaf out of Bush’s book eh.. ( or off the track - har har)
