		<description>1.	Too many words on something very simple sometime create confusion more than something easy people to understand. Its all about definition, then implementations. And the later is most difficult part. Everything is all about power, and the less power group in economical environment is consumer, into which its either under controls of policy maker and or producers, Ã¢â‚¬Â¦ end user or consumer power indeed here only a myth. They are powerless except for certain less important issue, and most of the time they become victims. From time to time, in the past, present and future.
